Problem Interviews & Pilot Build

We sat inside clinics, mapped OPD flows, and built a lean pilot: patient profile, consent, and Appointment & Scheduler. The data model was aligned to FHIR basics, with RBAC and audit logs from day one.

Scheduler, e-Rx & Billing

BluMax v1 went live with e-prescriptions, quick registration, and OPD billing. WhatsApp reminders reduced no-shows; doctors opened longitudinal records in seconds. Support response stayed under 24 hours.

Improvements Shipped & Hospital Tools Kickoff

We completed key improvements from live clinic feedback and started building tools for hospitals—IP/ward management, OT scheduling, nursing notes, diagnostics requests, and discharge packs. Consent/audit tightened; dashboards expanded for unit-wise volumes.

Testing Phase & Mobile App Development Started

The hospital toolset entered UAT with partner sites; APIs are frozen while we validate performance, consent, and audit. Mobile apps for Doctors/Staff and Patients are underway, with a limited beta planned next quarter.
